Harry is an accomplished MedTech executive with over 15 years of experience leading growth and operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific healthcare sector. With a background spanning commercial analysis, strategic development, and marketing leadership, Harry has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, achieving double-digit growth, and strengthening quality systems within the medical device industry. He holds degrees in Business (Marketing) and Applied Science from QUT and Psychology from the University of Queensland. Renowned for his collaborative leadership and strategic acumen, Harry brings deep industry insight and a results-driven approach to every venture he leads.
Roger Baumgartner Marti
Founder
Roger began his career in wound care with Smith & Nephew in Switzerland in 1995 before moving into Orthopaedics with Mathys in 2001, where he developed the company’s shoulder replacement portfolio and later led operations across Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. After leaving Mathys/Enovis in 2022, he founded ArthroTech, completed his Company Director training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and joined Bonebridge AG in 2023 to establish their presence in Australia and New Zealand.
Karoline Ruiz de Roxas
Marketing Director
Karoline is a senior commercial and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, medical nutrition and MedTech in Europe and Australia. She has a strong track record in building brands, leading product launches, developing high-performing teams and translating complex clinical value into real-world adoption.
At CuraTech, Karoline focuses on commercial strategy, building scalable go-to-market infrastructure and leading targeted marketing and communication campaigns to drive awareness and adoption. She brings strategic clarity, strong leadership and disciplined execution – with a clear focus on creating meaningful impact for clinicians and patients.
Mike Wollert
Founder
Mike began his career in the medical industry with Arrow Pharmaceuticals in 2005 before making the transition to orthopaedics with Zimmer in 2010. Following nearly six years of successful service, he accepted a position at Mathys Orthopaedics, where he achieved double-digit growth year over year. In 2023, he left the company to pursue his dream of starting his own business.
Throughout his various positions in orthopaedics, he has honed skills in clinical support, sales, marketing, and management. He is very experienced in hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty, including revision surgery. Mike takes a hands-on approach to life and enjoys immersing himself in diverse areas of interest.
