began his career in wound care with Smith & Nephew in Switzerland in 1995 before moving into Orthopaedics with Mathys in 2001, where he developed the company’s shoulder replacement portfolio and later led operations across Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. After leaving Mathys/Enovis in 2022, he founded ArthroTech, completed his Company Director training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and joined Bonebridge AG in 2023 to establish their presence in Australia and New Zealand.
